Cercles is an intimate community of exceptional people — founders, creatives, IVY grads, MBAs, burners. People who live intentionally, travel often, and value human connection. All of our 2,000 members have come through personal referrals — friends inviting friends they trust deeply. We’re focused on invite-only home sharing in NYC, Paris, London, Miami, LA, SF, CDMX, Lisbon, Berlin, and more.
Every month, we review hundreds of applications — and accept only a few. We look at Instagram profiles, LinkedIn presence, mutual connections, and who referred each person
Why Cercles? Subletting your home is an act of kindness. When we share our home, we create real connection, we offer others a true sense of home, and inspire them to do the same. Cercles is built on one core value: trust
When you refer someone, you’re vouching for their character, you’re saying: this is someone I trust with my home. Some trustworthy. Kind. Respectful. Reliable. Every member is required to add 3 friends.
IMPORTANT: We have a hard line - 1 strike policy for any misconduct or serios disrespect. If someone you invite cross that line, it reflects on both of you, and both members will be removed from cercles

Prices:
At the heart of Cercles are values of kindness, fairness, and generosity. Most of us don’t sublet our homes out of need—we do it to offer a real home away from home to friends and friends of friends.
Members are allowed to add only 20% on their rent. Pricing violations will lead to the member being removed immediately. Please report any pricing violations!
If you’re renting out a secondary residence to make a profit, that’s totally fair—but there are plenty of other platforms for that. Cercles is different.

Cancellation
Cercles is built on trust. When someone offers you their home, they’re not just renting a space — they’re extending something personal. They might be turning down other great guests, or even shifting plans to make it work. To honor that, we’ve created a clear cancellation policy that protects both guests and hosts. It’s about respecting each other’s time, effort, and intentions.
If a member doesn’t comply with the cancellation policy, they will be permanently removed
These policies apply equally to both guests and hosts— whoever cancels on the other will be expected to pay the cancellation fee as fair compensation.

⚠ This policy is binding for all members of the Cercles community — whether the transaction happens on the app or directly through the WhatsApp group.
Cancellation fee apply on the full stay’s rent. If the stay is longer than 1 month, cancellation fees apply only to the first month.
Cancellation fee will depend on when you cancel before the check in date.
Default Policy – >30 days: 10% fee – 30–7 days: 20% fee – <7 days: 30% fee
Moderate Policy – >30 days: 20% fee – 30–7 days: 40% fee – <7 days: 60% fee
Strict Policy – >30 days: 30% fee – 30–7 days: 60% fee – <7 days: 80% fee
